When I was talking about protecting my pounded yam from hell travellers this morning, one of my team members on FB snitched on me and sent screenshot of the post to Tony my PT. The distant niece of Judas also mentioned to him that our team had pizza y’day.
So Tony called me to verify! And because of our gentlemen agreement, he ordered me to Gym this afternoon. My normal sessions are Tue and Thurs! But because of 2 slices up Domino Pizza and my protection of pounded yam, I was sentenced to 1 hour whole body workout this afternoon.
Impromptu weight was done and 2nd 4weekly pix taken to compare with the first one I took after I started. The pix encouraged me. But the punishment was unnecessary.
Always avoid ladies from getting too close to you. I am going to be blocking off certain people from my future posts starting from this one.
